In our establishment, this commitment is reflected in the attention we pay to energy savings on a daily basis. Furthermore, our employees are trained and made aware of the need to reduce, sort and recycle waste. We also try to promote as many local players as possible, as well as quality and responsible products, in large packaging and by reducing the use of plastic for packaging to a strict minimum. All this, of course, while maintaining a level of service quality in line with the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. Last but not least, we strive to have a positive impact on our community, by taking part in solidarity initiatives.

Each year, we commit to incorporating new criteria in order to strengthen and improve our approach, adopting practices that are increasingly responsible and adapted to current challenges.

Un TOIT POUR LES ABEILLES

As part of its commitment to preserving biodiversity, Maison Cassandre is proud to support and sponsor a beehive belonging to beekeeper Renald POULAIN, in partnership with Un Toit pour les Abeilles. Thanks to this initiative, our establishment is actively contributing to the preservation of bees, essential to our ecosystem, and enabling our customers to enjoy organic, unprocessed, additive-free honey.
